SEML will provide:
•Operational and preventative maintenance for a minimum period of 25 years to the investor.
•Insurance cover for the installation on an annual basis.
•Security for the installation utilizing remote CCTV, perimeter and underground sensors.

SEML will provide administrative services to the investor. These services would include:
•Bookkeeping
•Spanish Taxation
•Licences & Permissions
•Invoicing Utility Company
•Annual Report & Investment Analysis
•Newsletter
•Annual Audit
•Web Access
•Administration of Corporate Structures
