SEML is a Jersey company that will act as the investment manager of the opportunities identified. The management team comprises of four professionals with relevant skills, qualifications and experience in their fields of expertise.

Collectively, the team offers:
•Experience in project research, viability studies and project planning to build out.
•Excellent local contacts to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated.
•Experience in accessing the capital markets including negotiating and achieving competitive bank finance and arranging the investment in a tax efficient ownership structure for the benefit of the investor.
•The presence of two of the four Directors in Spain -key to ensuring that the role of SEML is well received and understood locally.

SEML will provide marketing, sales and administration services to the investor, from the office based in Jersey. Additional sales and marketing facilities are provided in London, Glasgow and Sotogrande and a Málaga based Spanish office provides localised services.
