Vision
SEML will provide investment opportunities in renewable energy projects in Spain. By promoting these projects SEML will promote sources of clean energy and reduce carbon emissions for the benefit of the environment. By benefiting from the subsidies and Government driven incentives, we will provide a stable and attractive investment platform for our customers.

Mission
•Our goal, for the next three years is to promote and manage the 13.35MW solar farms in Spain.
•To become one of the top five providers of structured solar PV projects for investors.
•To provide the projected returns on their invested capital.

History and Current Status
SEML is a new company constituted in 2005 and the principal shareholders of the Company are:
